Welcome to my blog
I am determined to ensure we all get transition right. Not only for our young people but parents/carers and staff too. I like to offer thought provoking posts that don’t necessarily offer any solutions but provide food for thought. Having worked across Primary and Secondary I have worn every education hat going! I was then very fortunate that in previous role allowed me to focus solely on transition across a whole local authority. Now I bring my wealth of experience to support schools on their school improvement journey. I bring all of this experience and expertise to this page. I am always happy to hear what anyone else has to say. Please feel free to get in touch and let me know your thoughts. For now, I hope you enjoy and that the posts get you thinking!
