I am passionate about getting transition right. Not only for our young people but parents/carers and staff too. I like to offer thought provoking posts that don’t necessarily offer any solutions but provide food for thought. Having worked across Primary and Secondary I am fortunate that in my current role I am able to focus solely on transition across a whole local authority. I bring all of this experience and expertise to this page. I am always happy to hear what anyone else has to say. Please feel free to get in touch and let me know your thoughts.
