Consultancy

My consultancy services are tailored to unlock your teachers and your learners potential and steer you all towards success.

Over the years I have worked alongside a number of University’s in the UK to support research and also deliver Initial Teacher Training sessions. I have also advised the University of Melbourne while they trial a new approach to transition between primary and secondary phases. All of this experience and expertise supports my offer to primary and secondary schools.

Curriculums

You can purchase everything from one off preparation lessons through to full 10 week programs designed to support long term preparation for transition. This is a skills based approach and is based on person not place and is research based.

For MATS and groups of schools I can also provide a train the trainer approach to the curriculum so that it can be shared and used across a number of schools.

This curriculum planning has been researched thoroughly in conjunction with the University of Manchester as well as Keele and Nottingham Trent. A sample of this can be found here but this can also be developed to be bespoke to your settings and your pupil/staff/families needs.

Training

There is so much that we don’t know about a Key Stage we don’t work in. I offer training to staff of all phases to help ensure that your curriculum, classroom, staff, environment and pupils are ready for the change.

I can also support with teaching and learning strategies and pedagogical approaches to best suit the learners you have in your care.
