Educational transitions are complex times which can impact on children’s health, wellbeing, happiness and academic attainment. Whilst the transition into primary school, the move from primary to secondary, and the shift to Post-16 education are some of the most widely publicised and talked about educational transitions, there are hundreds of additional ones that children experience throughout their time at school.

This conference seeks to raise awareness of the multitude of educational transitions, address the complexity of these experiences, and provide advice, guidance and support to ensure that you can improve the effectiveness of transitions into, through, and out of your setting.
